이 약관은 Thirdstop(이하 "앱") 사용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치하고 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
라이선스
앱은 개인적·비상업적 용도로 사용할 수 있는 권리를 부여하며, 소유권이 이전되는 것은 아닙니다. 앱을 역설계하거나 재배포하는 행위는 허용되지 않습니다.
Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)이 함께 적용됩니다.
사진에 대한 권리
앱으로 촬영하거나 불러온 사진의 모든 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 개발자는 사용자의 사진에 접근할 수 없으며, 어떤 권리도 주장하지 않습니다.
구매
- Thirdstop Pro — 1회 결제 평생 구매입니다. 구독이 아니며 갱신되지 않습니다. 가격은 App Store에 표시된 금액을 따르며 지역에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
- 구매는 처음 결제한 Apple 계정에 귀속되며, 같은 계정의 다른 기기에서는 구매 복원으로 다시 열 수 있습니다.
- 결제·환불은 모두 Apple이 처리합니다. 환불 요청은 Apple에 직접 하셔야 합니다.
- 가격은 변경될 수 있으며, 이미 구매한 사용자에게는 영향이 없습니다.
보증의 부인
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 특정 결과나 무중단 동작을 보증하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 앱 사용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 촬영한 사진의 백업은 사용자의 책임입니다.
약관의 변경
약관이 변경되면 이 페이지의 최종 수정일이 갱신됩니다. 변경 이후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

License. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use Thirdstop. Ownership is not transferred. Reverse engineering and redistribution are not permitted. Apple's Standard EULA also applies.
Your photos. You retain all rights to photos you capture or import with the app. The developer cannot access them and claims no rights to them.
Purchases. Thirdstop Pro is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The price is the one shown on the App Store and may vary by region. The purchase is tied to the Apple Account used to buy it and can be reopened on other devices with Restore Purchases. All billing and refunds are handled by Apple; refund requests must go to Apple. Prices may change, but changes do not affect existing purchasers.
Disclaimer. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Backing up your photos is your responsibility.
Changes. Changes are reflected in the last-updated date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
