These terms apply to your use of Thirdstop (the "app"). Installing and using the app means you agree to these terms.
License
The app grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use it. Ownership is not transferred. Reverse engineering or redistributing the app is not permitted.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
Rights to your photos
You retain all rights to photos you capture or import with the app. The developer cannot access your photos and claims no rights to them.
Purchases
- Thirdstop Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Pricing follows what's shown on the App Store and may vary by region.
- The purchase is tied to the Apple Account used to buy it, and can be reopened on other devices with Restore Purchases.
- Billing and refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Refund requests must go directly to Apple.
- Prices may change; existing purchasers are unaffected.
Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided "as is." It does not guarantee specific results or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Backing up your photos is your own responsibility.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the last-updated date on this page is updated. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
